Welding type and splicing type common Features

  1. The frame adopts SGH440 material, and the surface has a high content of galvanized, which has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance.
  2. Adopt sandwich panels with the thickness of 50/75/100mm, which are convenient for installation. Different material choices can adapt to different environments.
  3. High degree of customization, can be combined into different styles.whether it is camping, office, housing, resort, it can meet the needs.

The roof adopts an overall PU foaming process

Excellent Waterproof Performance

The overall PU foaming forms a continuous, closed-cell foam layer without seams, effectively preventing water penetration and providing outstanding waterproofness, protecting the building's interior from rainwater erosion.

Significant Structural Reinforcement

The cured polyurethane foam possesses a certain level of strength and rigidity, allowing it to bond tightly with the roof substrate. This creates a unified structure, enhancing the roof's load-bearing capacity and resistance to wind pressure, thus improving overall structural strength.

Outstanding Thermal Insulation:

Polyurethane foam is a highly efficient insulation material with low thermal conductivity, effectively preventing heat transfer. The overall foaming process creates a uniform insulation layer on the roof surface, reducing the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, achieving heat insulation in summer and heat preservation in winter, thereby lowering energy consumption.

Good Integrity and Airtightness

The overall foaming process ensures a tight bond between the foam layer and the roof substrate, forming a seamless whole. This not only provides waterproofing but also excellent airtightness, helping to maintain a stable and comfortable indoor environment.

Splicing type:

Roof adpots 70mm rock wool sandwich panels, and the whole is shipped in parts.

Utilizes 70mm Rock Wool Sandwich Panels

The roof is constructed using sandwich panels with a 70mm thick rock wool core. Rock wool provides good fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound insulation.

Shipped in Parts

The entire roof structure is transported to the construction site in separate components or sections.
