Introduction
oof Fabrication is a critical step for preventing leaks and providing insulation and thermal protection for the container house. Utilizing PU foaming for the roof offers excellent waterproofing and insulation properties.
Equipment
- PU Foaming Equipment: Includes high-pressure foaming machines, mixing guns, etc., used to mix and spray two-component polyurethane raw materials onto the roof structure for foaming.
- Hydraulic Shearing Machine / Bending Machine: Used for cutting and bending the steel sheets for the roof structure.
Materials
- Roof Structural Steel Sheets: Typically galvanized steel or color-coated steel, serving as the load-bearing and waterproof base for the roof.
- Polyurethane (PU) Raw Material: A-component and B-component, which rapidly foam upon mixing to form a sealed insulation layer.
- Sealant / Waterproof Coating: Used for waterproofing roof joints and penetrations.
Operation
First, pre-fabricated roof structural steel sheets are installed onto the frame, ensuring they are flat and secure. Then, the PU foaming equipment is used to evenly spray the polyurethane raw material onto the inner side of the roof steel sheets or into pre-reserved cavities. The polyurethane quickly foams and solidifies, forming a dense, continuous insulation layer with excellent thermal and waterproofing properties. Finally, meticulous waterproofing is applied to the roof edges and joints.
Superior Waterproof Performance:
The polyurethane foam layer tightly bonds with the roof steel sheets, forming a seamless waterproof layer that completely eliminates leakage risks and enhances the house's durability.
Excellent Thermal Insulation Effect:
PU material is recognized as one of the best insulation materials, significantly improving the house's energy efficiency and reducing heating and cooling costs.
Increased Structural Strength:
The high-density foam formed after polyurethane foaming effectively fills gaps between roof steel sheets, increasing the overall structural strength of the roof and its resistance to wind and pressure.
