Description
This stage is the cornerstone of light steel villa manufacturing. We rigorously select and procure high-quality galvanized or galvalume/alu-zinc steel coils that meet international standards. All incoming raw materials undergo strict quality inspections, including checks for material yield strength, coating thickness, zinc/alu-zinc content, and dimensional accuracy, ensuring only qualified raw materials proceed to the next production phase. Qualified steel coils are properly stored in designated warehouse areas, with moisture-proof and rust-proof measures implemented, and are managed by batch for traceability.
Materials Used
Overhead Crane / Forklift: For loading, unloading, and handling steel coils.
Decoiler: (If slitting or initial processing is required) To unroll the steel coils in preparation for subsequent processing.
Shearing Machine / Slitter: (If required) To slit wide steel coils into steel strips of specific widths according to design requirements.
Measuring Tools: Calipers, micrometers, coating thickness gauges, etc., for raw material quality inspection.
Steel Coil Storage Racks: Professional storage for steel coils, ensuring safety and a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
Equipment Used
High-Strength Galvanized/Galvalume Steel Coils: Typically using grades such as Q235, Q345, G350, G550. Zinc coating content is usually Z180-Z275 (grams/square meter) or AZ150 (for galvalume), to ensure excellent corrosion resistance. Steel coil thickness is determined by structural design requirements, commonly ranging from 0.75mm to 2.0mm.
Identification Tags/Labels: Used to mark the specifications, batch numbers, inspection status, etc., of the steel coils.
