Packaging and Shipping

24/7 reliable tow service for your personal & commercial needs

Introduction

Packaging and Shipping involves classifying, packaging, and loading the manufactured container house components for safe and efficient transportation to the customer.

Equipment

  • Forklift: Used for moving heavy components.
  • Crane: For loading large components (e.g., entire frames) onto transport vehicles.
  • Packaging Equipment: Such as strapping machines, stretch wrapping machines, etc.

Materials

  • Packaging Materials: Such as plastic film, tarpaulins, wooden pallets, steel straps, foam padding, etc., used to protect components from damage and corrosion during transit.
  • Identification Labels: Indicating component name, quantity, installation instructions, etc.

Operation

  • All finished components (frames, wall panels, roofs, doors, windows, accessories, etc.) undergo quality inspection to ensure they meet standards. Then, workers classify, bundle, and wrap components with protective film according to the shipping list. For loose parts, they are stacked onto wooden pallets and secured with steel straps. Finally, forklifts or cranes are used to load all packaged components onto suitable transport vehicles or shipping containers.

Ensured Transport Safety:

Professional packaging effectively protects house components from collisions, scratches, and moisture during transport, ensuring products arrive intact.

Improved Loading Efficiency:

Standardized packaging maximizes utilization of transport space, reducing the number of shipments and associated costs.

Convenient for Customer Inventory and Installation:

Clear packaging labels and classification allow customers to quickly verify received goods and facilitate assembly according to installation instructions.
