Description
This stage is the cornerstone of light steel villa manufacturing. We rigorously select and procure high-quality galvanized or galvalume/alu-zinc steThis is the core stage of light gauge steel (LGS) frame manufacturing. Using advanced intelligent Light Gauge Steel (LGS) roll forming machines, the prepared steel strips are precisely processed into keel components of various cross-sectional shapes as designed, such as C-sections, U-sections, Z-sections, and L-sections. The process typically includes automatic feeding, leveling, precision punching (for bolt connections, service holes for utilities, rivet holes, etc.), cold roll forming, and cut-to-length operations. All processing data is generated by professional structural design software and directly imported into the equipment via CNC systems, ensuring processing accuracy.el coils that meet international standards. All incoming raw materials undergo strict quality inspections, including checks for material yield strength, coating thickness, zinc/alu-zinc content, and dimensional accuracy, ensuring only qualified raw materials proceed to the next production phase. Qualified steel coils are properly stored in designated warehouse areas, with moisture-proof and rust-proof measures implemented, and are managed by batch for traceability.
Materials Used
Intelligent Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Roll Forming Machine: Integrates decoiling, leveling, servo feeding, in-line punching, roll forming, inkjet printing (optional), and cutting functions. Usually equipped with a CNC system.
CAD/CAM Design Software: Such as Vertex BD, FrameCAD, StrucSoft, etc., used for structural design, generating processing data, and bill of materials.
Air Compressor: Provides power for certain pneumatic components of the equipment.
Small Hand Tools: Such as electric drills, rivet guns (for local reinforcement or temporary fixing).
Equipment Used
Slit Steel Strips/Coils: From Step 1, meeting the required specifications for processing.
(Optional) Inkjet Printing Ink: Used to mark component numbers, installation positions, etc., on the keels for easy on-site assembly.
